Bridge - Deck 1

Aeryck heard Dr. Jovic over his Combadge state the condition of Capt Reich and her medical plans for his recovery. He thought about what she had said for a few moments before replying.

Adm Arayuss: Thank you for the update, Dr. Jovic. I'm sure we all wish Captain Reich a speedy recovery. If there's any changes in his condition, please let me know right away.

The Admiral started going through the process in his head on who would take Capt Reich's place as CO if he was unable to do it. Whomever did take command of Oriskany, it would be somebody with the experience needed.

Michaelangelo was monitoring the Ops Station when an incoming message came in for Adm Arayuss. He immediately informed the Admiral of the message from Como Carpathia.

Lt. Boffi: Admiral, there's an incoming message from Commodore Carpathia. He says that Infiniti is ready and waiting to enter the Deltauran Realm.

The Lieutenant was ready for Adm Arayuss to reply to the Commodore's message so he kept the channel open to USS Infiniti. It was good to hear that Infiniti's crew was ready for the mission ahead, he knew Oriskany's was doing the best they could with Capt Reich falling ill and being relieved of command.

Aeryck turned towards Lt. Boffi when he heard the Ops Officer give him the message from Como Carpathia regarding Infiniti's readiness. The Admiral was also curious about the status of Whitestar.

Adm Arayuss: Thank you, Mr. Boffi. Acknowledge the message from Commodore Carpathia and then send a message to Captain Adonis aboard Whitestar and inquire if they're ready as well.

The CinC was glad to hear that the crew of Infiniti was ready, as well as the crew of Oriskany. He just wanted to make sure Whitestar was ready so that the order could be given to Explorer to open the portal to the Deltauran Realm.

While the Ops Officer continued monitoring his station, he heard what Adm Arayuss had told him and immediately sent an acknowledgement to Infiniti. Afterwards Michaelangelo sent a message to Capt Adonis aboard Whitestar inquiring whether or not they were ready for entrance into the Deltauran Realm.

Lt. Boffi: Acknowledgement sent to Infiniti, Admiral. Your message to Captain Adonis has been sent as well, Sir.

The Lieutenant kept the channel open to Whitestar since a reply was expected. He hoped he'd hear that they were as ready as Infiniti and Oriskany is, that way they would start the mission to wipe out all the Deltaurans and the threat they pose in this galaxy.

Aeryck took a seat in the Captain's chair as he heard Lt. Boffi's response from the Ops Station.

Adm Arayuss: Thank you, Mr. Boffi.

The Admiral figured the Ops Officer left the hailing channel open between Oriskany and Whitestar so that Capt Adonis can send his reply.

While Michaelangelo continued monitoring the Ops Station's communication system, he received a message from Whitestar's CO, Capt Adonis.

Lt. Boffi: Admiral, incoming message from Captain Adonis. He says Whitestar is standing by, ready for action!

The Lieutenant was glad to hear Whitestar was also ready for what was coming. It hopefully wouldn't be long now before their adventure into the Deltauran Realm would begin.

Aeryck was pleased at what he heard from Lt. Boffi regarding the status of Whitestar. It was time to get their mission on it's way and to get the Marines and Security teams ready for their entrance into the Deltauran Realm.

Adm Arayuss: Mr. Boffi, inform all Marines and Security teams on Oriskany, Infiniti and Whitestar to get into positions around the sensitive areas of the Starships they're aboard. We don't want any Deltaurans to seize control over those areas.

The Admiral paused, then continued.

Adm Arayuss: When we hear they're at their posts contact Explorer and inform it to begin the sequence with it's deflector dish to open the portal to the Deltauran Realm.

With all that said to Lt. Boffi, he knew it wouldn't be long before they would be entering the Deltauran Realm and beginning the process of eliminating their existence from this universe.

Michaelangelo heard the orders of Adm Arayuss and quickly sent his messages to the Marines and Security personnel aboard Oriskany and to the CO's of Infiniti and Whitestar, instructing them Adm Arayuss has ordered that their Marines and Security teams take protective positions aboard their ships.

Lt. Boffi: Message sent to the Marines and Security personnel aboard Oriskany, and to the CO's of Infiniti and Whitestar for their Marines and Security teams to follow your orders as well. I'll let you know as soon as all the Marines and Security details are at their posts, Admiral.

The Lieutenant kept channels open with their Marine Detachment Commander 1Lt. Andrus Elbrun on the lower decks of Oriskany, along with channels open with Infiniti and Whitestar.

Deck 20 - Office of the Marine Detachment Commander

1st Lieutenant Elbrun was in his office when he heard the orders from the Bridge. He quickly stopped doing his reports and exited out of his office, into the Marine Armory.

1Lt. Elbrun: Grab your gear! Sergeant Bustamant? and Private Diego, you are with me. PFC Hagan and Private Saucedo, you are with 2nd Lieutenant Tucker. Mark, take your team to Engineering and secure it. I'll take my team to secure the Bridge.

Marines: Yes, Sir!

Andrus quickly grabbed his new Modified Phaser Rifle that was delivered by USS Infiniti as the men lined up with their teams as ordered. Each armed and ready for their orders. Everyone hauled ass out of the armory and towards their locations. He tapped on his Combadge.

1Lt. Elbrun: Elbrun to Bridge. I'm sending a team to secure Engineering and I'm heading to Bridge with my team.

Andrus, with his team, quickly ran down the corridor towards a waiting Turbolift and quickly ran inside. With his team behind him, the doors closed after they entered. A short ride later they exited onto the Bridge and took securing positions at the aft of the Bridge.

Bridge - Deck 1

Aeryck heard 1Lt. Elbrun and his Marines enter the Bridge from the Turbolift and take positions at the aft area behind where he was seated. He was pleased to see them there, ready to protect the Bridge and it's occupants.

Adm Arayuss: It's good to see you up here on the Bridge, Lieutenant Elbrun.

There was no need for Lt. Boffi to inform him that the Marines on the Bridge were at their posts. But he still needed to hear from Security that they were at theirs.
