Jamie smiled before bursting out into loud laughter. Picturing the blood wine spilling all over LtCmdr McLeod's superior officer and the look of surprise that must have been all over his face.

Cmnr Florent?: That is so funny! Did he know it was you that made it happen? What did he do about it? Was he angry? Did he punish anybody?

The Crewman stood there giggling as he continued to picture the blood wine covered officer standing in front of a defective replicator. How it must have looked to anybody standing near him must have been hysterical. Jamie listened intently to what the Chief Engineer had to say about the event.

The Chief Engineer reflected back on that time, with a gleam of pride in his eyes. Those were some fine times back then.

Lt. Commander McLeod : Na, laddie, he caught the hint and we worked excellently together until he approved me to become that ship's Chief when he retired.

Angus looked around the engine room. He was pleased to see that things were progressing nicely in regards to the repairs. He turned back to the Crewman.

Lt. Commander McLeod : I want you to go work on the Gel Packs in the Mess Hall. It looks like all you should need to do is trade the damaged ones out for new ones.

Angus began working on EPS junction while he waited for the Crewman to acknowledge his order.

Jamie was extremely excited that he was assigned his first task in getting Infiniti repaired. The Crewman was going to be able to prove that he was worthy of being assigned to this ship.

Cmnr Florent?: Aye, Sir! I'll get right on it!

With incredible speed, Jamie got the necessary items he needed to change out the Gel Packs in the Mess Hall. He placed them in a carrying case and quickly left Engineering for the closest Turbolift. Cmnr Florent? was on his first assignment!

Sickbay - Deck 5

David looked over the repairs that were underway throughout Sickbay and was very pleased at the progress. He heard the message from Como Carpathia that the repair crews would be working in round-the-clock shifts so that Infiniti could launch earlier than estimated before.

Cmdr Calzada: You're all doing an excellent job here, I'm sure Dr. Sarrlak will be quite pleased with your work. Admiral Arayuss has authorized repair crews in round-the-clock shifts to accelerate our departure time, as well as recalling the crew from their extended shore leave. So be on the lookout for them coming aboard and helping out where they can.

The XO gestured a congratulatory wave to the crew in Sickbay before exiting into the corridor and proceeding to the CO's Ready Room where he could monitor the progress reports coming in from all the repair crews. David also listened for members of the crew reporting in on their return from shore leave.

Gangway Hatch - Deck 8

Ensign Diesso entered through the Gangway that crossed between Infiniti and SB34. He looked around the interior of the corridor as he continued to the Turbolift at the far end and went on to Sickbay. Jimmy liked the overall sleek detail of Infiniti's interior design. It wasn't as bulky as the interior of the Excelsior Class he trained on during his time in the Academy. As the Ensign entered Sickbay he immediately noticed that Cmdr Calzada was present.

Ens Diesso: Ensign James Anthony Diesso, reporting for duty Commander.

Jimmy stood there and remained silent as he waited for Infiniti's XO to respond to his announcement. From the looks of what was going on around him, Sickbay was being completely repaired from the damage that took place on Infiniti's previous mission.

Sickbay - Deck 5

David turned as he heard Ens Diesso enter Sickbay and smiled towards the Asst. Medical Officer as the young man stood and announced his presence to everyone in the area.

Cmdr Calzada: Relax, Ensign. We're still making repairs all around the ship, and Dr. Sarrlak hasn't even returned yet. Why don't you find your quarters and get yourself settled in and I'll let you know when the Doctor arrives.

The XO smiled again to the Ensign and returned to his PADD that he was using to work out all the scheduled new shifts around for Infiniti's repairs. David figured at this rate they would be done within a day or so.

Main Engineering - Deck 11

Angus smiled to himself as he looked around at the Engine Room. The repairs were coming nicely. He smiled to himself remembering the old Engineer adage of take your repair time and double it. He tapped his Combadge.

Lt. Commander McLeod: McLeod to Calzada. I got some good news for ye, Sir. By this time tomorrow we will be ready to bring the Warp Core online. Thanks for the use of Crewman Florent?, he's been a big help.

Angus tapped his Combadge again.

Lt. Commander McLeod: McLeod to Florent?. How's the repairs coming where you are at, Crewman? When you get done come on down. I'd like ya to be here when we bring the Warp Core online.

Angus continued working on the EPS Relay he was at while he waited for a response.

Sickbay - Deck 5

David was quite pleased by the report from LtCmdr McLeod. Starfleet sure sent over one of the best Chief Engineers they could. The XO made a note to himself to thank them for sending Angus to Infiniti as he tapped his Combadge.

Cmdr Calzada: Excellent work, Commander! Let me know when it's time and I'll inform Commodore Carpathia.

The Commander continued watching Starbase 34's engineering teams repair Sickbay to it's fully repaired state. David knew that once Dr. Sarrlak returend, he too would be pleased with the repairwork that was done.

Ventral Sensor Palette - Deck 15

Jamie was installing the last of the Gel Packs that needed to be replaced throughout Infiniti when he heard LtCmdr McLeod's voice over the Combadge on his chest.

Cmnr Florent?: I'm almost done, Sir! I'm replacing the Gel Packs in the Ventral Sensor Palette and then I'll be finished. Replacing these things throughout the whole ship sure did take a lot of time.

The Mess Hall was just the beginning of the tasks that had the young Crewman going all over the ship replacing new Gel Parks for the damaged ones. Jamie was now literally at the bottom of Infiniti changing out the last of the damaged Gel Packs.

Gangway Hatch - Deck 8

Al?jandro entered Infiniti with a sense of pride for the vessel he loved so dearly. Nothing was more relaxing to him, then sitting at his station on the Bridge and piloting the ship manually through asteroids or any other kind of debris in space. The Chief Flight Control Officer quickly found the way to his quarters and began unpacking from his vacation. While doing so, he tapped his Combadge to let the XO know he returned.

Lt. Commander Delgado: Delgado to Commander Calzada. I'm back aboard, Sir. Just let me know what you want me to do.

The ship's proud pilot continued unpacking from his vacation to his homeland of New Zealand. He really enjoyed himself there and relaxed in the complete serenity in the lands of Rohan. For the Commodore to recall the crew there had to be something important going on. LtCmdr Delgado was understandably curious as to what the reason for the recall was.
