Bridge - Deck 1

The Lieutenant did as Capt Daqtorgh ordered and used the manifest database to find out what races were aboard the Galactic Princess. Since the Cruise Ship’s home port was Earth, most of the races were human with a few Andorian, Tellarite and Vulcans aboard. According to the passenger manifest, there were no dignitaries. Using Whitestar’s sensors, the transport vessels were on their way and would arrive within 2 hours. Cole conveyed the information he discovered to the Captain as soon as he had everything he needed.

Lt. Mitchell: Captain, there are mostly families aboard the Cruise Ship as it is owned and operated by the Disney Corporation. Most of the passengers are human, but there are some Andorian, Tellarite and Vulcans aboard. There are no dignitaries since it’s a family cruise from Earth. Sensors are showing the transport vessels are on their way and will be here within two hours.

The Chief Operations Officer remained steadfast at his station in order to supply the Captain with the most updated information as possible. The fact that this was a family cruise made Cole a little sick to his stomach as the thought of more families being in distress was like what they just left behind on New Bajor. If the Lieutenant never saw encountered another Xenomorph situation for the rest of his life, it would be too soon!

Transporter Room 1 - Deck 4

The Commander heard the call from Capt Daqtorgh and understood it completely. If there were any high ranking members of the crew or dignitaries aboard the Cruise Ship, they were welcome to beam over to Whitestar where accommodations would be found for them.

Cmdr Ashborn: Understood, Captain! Ashborn out!

The XO was getting a little restless waiting around in the Transporter Room, but knew it wouldn't be long before they would be beaming over to the mezzanine area of the Galactic Princess. Chase figured the passengers and crew must've sealed themselves up well enough to isolate them from the Xenomorphs, otherwise Lt. Mitchell would've picked up weapons fire aboard the Cruise Ship.

Bridge - Deck 1

Dylan looked down at the console where the ETA indicator was and read off the amount of time there was before they intercepted the Galactic Princess.

Lt. Thomas: Our current ETA is three minutes, fifty-seven seconds, Captain! I’m getting ready to decelerate to Warp Two, Sir!

The Lieutenant already started to maneuver Whitestar is such a way that it would be coming alongside the starboard side of the Cruise Ship. That way the Akira Class Starship could decelerate and Lt. Wolf could engage the Tractor Beam so the Galactic Princess could drop right out of Warp and be moving at a very modest sub-light speed.

The Lieutenant heard the orders from the Captain and already had his console prepared to engage the Tractor Beam and bring Whitestar to Yellow Alert. Once they were close enough to the Cruise Ship, Kyle would let Capt Daqtorgh know they were in range to remove the Galactic Princess from their Warp bubble so they would return to regular space.

Lt. Wolf: Yes, Captain! I’m ready to engage the Tractor Beam as soon as we’re in range, Yellow Alert standing by, Sir!

The Chief Sec/Tac Officer watched the Main Viewscreen for when the Luxury Cruise Ship would become visible. Kyle was curious to know just how bad things were over aboard the Galactic Princess. If the passengers and crew have barricaded themselves into the mezzanine area, things had to be grim over there. They had to be almost in a complete state of panic, thinking they were hurling through space at Warp 2 with nobody on the Bridge. Lt. Wolf knew they would be relieved to see Cmdr Ashborn and the Away Team as soon as they materialized on the mezzanine.

Transporter Room 1 - Deck 4

Jacques heard Capt Daqtorgh issue his orders to the Doctor, so Dr. Tudismaque tapped his Combadge so he could reply to the Captain.

Lt. Tudismaque: Dr. Tudismaque to Captain Daqtorgh! Understood, but I am going to need some medical equipment beamed over as soon as I can make an assessment of the situation over there, Sir!

The Chief Medical Officer grabbed his PADD and began making a list of the items Jacques thought he may need over aboard the Galactic Princess. Once Dr. Tudismaque had the list complete, he would forward the data to Capt Daqtorgh for his approval. That way the items could be beamed over after Jacques assessed the medical situation over there.

Bridge - Deck 1

As Daqtorgh sat in the center seat, he waited on the list the Good Doctor would need to assist him in assessing the medical situation aboard the Galactic Princess. Once the list arrived on the Captain’s PADD, he would forward it to Dr. Tudismaque’s assistant, Ens Chadwick. Until then, the Captain gave more orders to both Lt. Thomas and Lt. Wolf.

Capt Daqtorgh: Mr. Thomas, prepare to parallel the Galactic Princess.

Looking behind him, Daqtorgh spoke to his Chief Sec/Tac Officer next.

Capt Daqtorgh: Mr. Wolf, as soon as we’re parallel with the Cruise Ship I want you to go to Yellow Alert and engage the Tractor Beam so we can take that vessel out of Warp.

The Captain tapped his Combadge to give instructions to Chief Osaka in Transporter Room 1 regarding the Away Team.

Capt Daqtorgh: Daqtorgh to Chief Osaka! Make sure the Away Team is on the Transporter Pads; we’ll be going to Yellow Alert and moving into a parallel course with the Cruiser. Be prepared to beam the team over to the mezzanine area when I give the word.

The CO left the channel open to Transporter Room 1 on Deck 4 since the countdown timer until interception was just under 3 minutes and Daqtorgh wanted Chief Osaka standing by to beam the Away Team over to the Galactic Princess’ mezzanine area. Once the team was over there, the Captain would make sure there was an open channel with them so the Bridge would know what’s going on over there.

Dylan was already getting Whitestar in a position to become parallel to the Galactic Princess when the Lieutenant heard from Capt Daqtorgh. As they were approaching the Cruise Ship, Lt. Thomas began to decelerate the Akira Class vessel.

Lt. Thomas: Aye Captain, I'm doing that right now as I bring us down to Warp Two. We'll be in Tractor Beam range in thirty seconds, Sir.

As Whitestar got into position, the Chief Flight Control Officer watched the distance close between the Galactic Princess and themselves. When the time elapsed, Dylan looked towards Lt. Wolf and gave him a nod so the Chief Sec/Tac Officer knew he could engage the Tractor Beam.

When Kyle saw the nod from Lt. Thomas, he put the ship on Yellow Alert and engaged the Tractor Beam! It only took a few moments before the Galactic Princess dropped out of warp, which meant Whitestar had to do the same! Otherwise, the Akira Class vessel would continue moving away from the Cruise Ship at a velocity that would make beaming over impossible.

Lt. Wolf: We’re at Yellow Alert Captain! Galactic Princess has dropped to sub-light speed, thanks to the use of our Tractor Beam! We need to turn around so we can rejoin the Cruiser or we’re going to keep moving away at Warp Two, Sir!

The Chief Sec/Tac Officer looked towards Lt. Thomas, knowing the Chief Flight Control Officer was waiting to hear Capt Daqtorgh order him to bring Whitestar around so they could return to the location of the Galactic Princess. Kyle enjoyed knocking the Cruise Ship out of Warp, since the Lieutenant had never done it before in actual practice. It was a unique experience, to say the least!

Daqtorgh stood from the Center Seat and spoke to Lt. Thomas, giving him the order to bring Whitestar about.

Capt Daqtorgh: Hard about, Mr. Thomas! Meet up with the Galactic Princess at Impulse Power! Let me know as soon as we’re in Transporter range!

The Captain already had the channel open to Transporter Room 1, so all he needed to do was call out to Chief Osaka.

Capt Daqtorgh: Mr. Osaka! We knocked the Cruise Ship out of Warp, so prepare to beam the Away Team over! We just need to come around and setup a parallel course again! I’ll let you know as soon as we’re within Transporter Range!

Daqtorgh turned toward the Chief Sec/Tac Officer and smiled as he complemented the Lieutenant.

Capt Daqtorgh: Good work, Mr. Wolf! I hope it was a meaningful experience for you!

The CO returned to his chair on the Bridge and waited for Whitestar to turn about and return to the location the Luxury Cruise Ship had dropped to sub-light speed. Once they got close enough, Lt. Thomas would take the Warp Engines offline and engage the Impulse Engines. The total amount of time the maneuver should take place was under 5 minutes. So it wouldn’t be long before Cmdr Ashborn and his Away Team would find themselves on the mezzanine of the Galactic Princess.

Dylan did as Capt Daqtorgh ordered and committed Whitestar into a hard turn at Warp 2 and brought the ship 180° about. Now that the Akira Class vessel was on its way back to the location of the Galactic Princess, it only took less than a minute. As soon as Whitestar was close enough, the Lieutenant dropped the ship to Impulse Power and maneuvered it so it was right alongside the starboard side of the Cruise Ship once again.

Lt. Thomas: We've intercepted the Galactic Princess, Captain! We're in Transporter Range now, Sir!

The Chief Flight Control Officer kept an eye on the distance between Whitestar and the Luxury Cruise Ship keeping it a constant 1,000 meters. Now that they were in range for the Away Team to beam over the Galactic Princess' mezzanine, Dylan waited for Capt Daqtorgh to notify Chief Osaka to go ahead with the beam out of Cmdr Ashborn and the people he chose to go with him.
